Hi there! Especially with travelling with food for long distances during vacation over this summer, I thought this word would be particularly important:

HERMETIC

Adjective; airtight

My example sentence: The air was extremely humid when we left in the car for our vacation, and since we didn’t have hermetic containers, our food was spoiled when we arrived.
