Word of the Day- August 19

word of the day

Hey! Sorry I haven’t been posting for a few days, I’ve been really busy. Anyway, here is today’s word of the day.

exculpatory; adjective: : tending or serving to clear from alleged fault or guilt

Example Sentence: The DNA found at the crime scene proved to be exculpatory; it did not match that of the defendant, and so he was acquitted.

Come back tomorrow for another word courtesy of Merriam Webster!
